”The room was horrible, the bathroom stunk!! The elevator was scary went down to reception and there was water running through the elevator they said they were cleaning upstairs and the water runs through. Only one sheet on the bed. Did not have breakfast because it looked do dirty did not want to risk it. We slept and out out of there”

”The room was very clean and comfortable! The neighbourhood was safe and calm. Our airline had lost our luggage, and Euphran, the manager of the property, was incredibly helpful and so lovely! We do not speak arabic so he helped us communicate with everyone involved and successfully got us our luggage back :)”

”We stayed at Golden Tulip as a family, they were welcoming and late check-in was not a problem. The room was clean and tidy but the beds were small for a family. Overall the stay was good, but the only down side is communication: 1st: The website stated that I don't have to pay until I am at the property and that I could cancel till the 30th of December, they called my number at night saying that I have to make a bank transfer in the morning otherwise my booking would be canceled, which is so...
