”Gums and Roses was such a gem to find in the Adelaide Hills! We loved the tiny house; small but has everything you could need, and in the perfect location. Perfect for watching the horses and kangaroos and close to the pubs if you're after a meal at night. Our host was so nice and let us come and meet her horses which was great. We would definitely book here again!”

”My family and I enjoyed a five night stay in this lovely holiday stay. It was the most perfect accomodation and luxury at a level I haven't before experienced in a family holiday home. Waking up to the beautiful views of the sea every morning was a bonus. The bathrooms were beautifully designed and the kitchen had all a family could need for making and sharing meals together. ”Our family had a beautiful stay at the property. It had a lovely balcony area to enjoy the afternoon sun. The couch was large enough for everyone to enjoy and extremely comfy. Two enormous TVs in the loungerooms to watch movies and the footy.We did have a little trouble upon arrival contacting the agent for access as the code on the door didn’t work. Once that was sorted we couldn’t fault our stay. We loved our time and would definitely stay again.”

Easy, cosy and convenient

"Stayed couple nights before a flight and if you do have a flight from Adelaide in early morning, this is the perfect place as it takes two minutes to walk from the hotel to the terminal. Staff is super friendly and helpful and you also have an option to check in / out yourself with the automated kiosk. For breakfast I suggest to eat at the airport as the selection is not too massive and many things are finished all the time and you need to ask yourself to refill them."

Good basic stay

"My stay was pleasant, rooms were fairly spacious and clean. Good to note for people sharing room, the bathroom walls are made out of (frosted) glass so not very private. Also depending on which side of the building you stay, there was extremely loud music playing on Friday and Saturday late night from a nearby club, which would have made a light sleeper struggle. (My room was on the same side as the elevators) The free breakfast was fairly crowded close to the ending time, but apparently more peaceful during earlier hours. Hotel is located next to a bit of a party street, which seemed a little restless in the weekend evenings. "
