”This was my first experience with VRBO and am very disappointed with my stay. Ironically the host attempted to blame me for my complaint by stating I have been the only guest who complained of the cigarette smoke smell. The person below me smoked and each time he would supposedly go outside to smoke, I could smell the smoke as if he was in the next room. ”The host was welcoming and helpful. The mobility ramp to the front door was a bonus as was the garage to park the car out of the snow. The heating worked well. Unfortunately the house was not very clean (very dusty). The hand rail on the stairs to the basement was falling off the wall. With a deep clean and some maintenance this property would be top notch.”

”The kitchen setup and laundry setup was excellent. The bathroom vent fan did not operate. The 2 chair setup for television viewing was small and uncomfortable. As well as there was no setup for a cup of coffee while watching tv. The location of television and the limited wall cable length restricted the ability to position the tv screen to enable viewing from the bed. The bed mattress was very firm. The location of the hotel to the hospital is excellent.”
