”This small space is well laid out and thoughtfully equiped. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. There's a throw blanket for cozy relaxing on the little couch, and a breakfast tray which worked well as a lap desk also. I enjoyed the privacy of the little outdoor patio space. It was a peaceful place to relax and enjoy the good weather. The flowers and fountain were welcoming. The location can't be beat! ”Cute and quiet spot in North Portland. Check in was easy and it was a great place to rest our heads after a long day. There was plenty of parking on the side streets, and more than enough room to accommodate our vehicle and cargo trailer. We appreciated the popcorn for a midnight snack! ”

”We had such a great time and kept marveling at how nice this property is. Clean, spacious, incredibly well-appointed kitchen, comfortable bedrooms, plenty of bathrooms, and a nice little backyard space. The commercial part of St. Johns is just a 12-minute walk away, where there are coffee shops, a vegan restaurant, a Korean restaurant, a cozy spot for handmade pasta, some bars, and a small movie theater. Sparrow Bakery is also about a 15-minute walk away. We did have a car, so we used that to...

”Overall, the property and process were great. The property is a basement that's got everything you need, plus, it's cute and cozy. The yard is amazing and you get to say hi to the cats as you go in and out. The bed is super comfy too. The property is in a fabulous location with easy access to coffee, food, and more and it's just blocks from the Alberta Arts District. Finally, the check-in and communication with the hosts were clear, timely, and responsive. ”

”Quiet comfortable, clean spot in nice neighborhood. Owner gave excellent directions to get there. Feel comfortable doing morning walk in neighborhood. Great lighting and walk-out gave an open feeling though it’s part basement. Provided passcode meant didn’t have to wait to get keys to get in.”

”Just the right size. Small one bedroom. SO appreciated the air conditioning on a 90 degree weekend. Important for us that dogs were allowed. That combination was hard to come by. The property manager was very responsive. ”

”My teen daughter, our dog, and I stayed here for a long weekend. It was exactly as described. The washer and dryer were a huge perk after long, very rainy hikes. I walked to the Washington High School dog park each morning, and stopped by Sweetpea across the street for pastries. Very nice. The street parking was no problem at all. ”

”The property was so cute and the location was perfect for our needs. There were normal older-house noises (creaking wood, can faintly hear conversations upstairs), which are noted in the listing and remedied by the noise-reducing items for use (white noise machines, ear plugs, box fan)! I appreciated that coffee was available to make and the robe in the bathroom was a nice touch. Would definitely stay again! ”
