”When I arrived at the middle of the night they lied about not receiving the payment. They wanted me to pay again, but only in cash. When I contacted Hotels.com they apologised and told me that the hotel had told them that we arrived 4 persons, even tho I was alone. I would strongly recommend Hotels.com to remove this hotel from their lists, and to all future customers; Stay away! This is only fraud!”

”After booking we used the Expedia message function to contact the host. The host never got back with any check in instructions. We also sent them a text message and got no response. We ended up standing in front of the property for 1 1/2 hours and spending 75 minutes on the phone with VRBO support. We eventually gave up and requested the booking to be canceled and booked a regular hotel instead.”

"Great location beside the bazaar. Quiet room. Triple room spacious enough. Only the lightning could have been better. Also the tap in the shower was not working. A note for people who plan hotel rooms: two chairs are needed, as well as a good amount of hangers. And shower area should be closed so that all bathroom floor would not be wet after shower. A dry place in the bathroom is needed where to place your things. More hooks and rails fr drying towels+laundry is always welcome."

"An amazing apartment for the price. Very big and clean with a kitchen and possibility to do laundry. Nearby a shopping mall for groceries, and Skopje bus station is right around the corner. However, without internet it was a bit difficult to locate since the apartment building was not on the exact address as in the description, so make sure to have an access to Wifi once you are about to check in. In the end everything went well and the personnel was super helpful with everything. Great price for the location and I would absolutely stay here the next time I’m in town!"

"Hotel is located 45 min walk from city center. Taxi takes you to the airport in 20 min. If you have a car, there is a free parking at the hotel. Reception had always nice welcoming service. The lobby and its restaurant is spacious and welcoming. The breakfast was an extra cost but it was nice. The service at breakfast was great among cooks but waiters were a bit impolite (no service). The breakfast included eggs the way you like, sausages and local dishes, different breads, cheese, ham, fruits, juice, coffee, some pastries. The room was big enough for two. But since we were three, it was a bit small. The two twin beds were 120 cm wide so a bit small for three adults. Also we did not have service for three, although we paid for three people accommondation. We had only two towels, classes, water bottles, so on. It did not bother us since there were bath ropes available. There was a AC which was really needed in July. There is a very nice gym and spa downstairs with its own elevator. It was free of charge for the quests. The hotel was clean and we felt very safe. I would love to stay there again. Although have to say the price was a bit high for the country's price level. Maybe due to the time of the year, we paid a bit extra. We asked for taxi when ever we needed and they had fixed prices for all our trips which was convenient."

"Hieman sivussa oleva hotelli. Ympärillä ei juurikaan nähtävää. Mutta kävellen kesti 15 min keskustaan ja siitä eteenpäin basaareille. Huone ihan normi, ei valitettavaa. Netti heikko. Kauppakeskus on aika pikkunen, mutta sai sieltä ruokaa ja rihkamaa. Parkkihalli hiukan ahdas isommalle autolle. Max 2 m korkeus. "
