We especially loved that the kitchen cabinets and drawers were labeled so we could quickly find what we needed. The big table was perfect for playing board games. ”This little house was perfect for our family event near Luverne, Minnesota. It was clean, comfortable and quiet. A/C was just right for warm June days. The welcome "basket" and info binder were very nice. Communication with the host was easy and very friendly. We were sorry our stay wasn't longer. We would definitely stay there again. Thank you!”

”Four of us stayed one night at this cute tiny house and we had plenty of room. It's on a cute property with multiple differently styled tiny houses and cute little lake. The Host was friendly and provided responses in a timely manner. We would definitely come back.”

”We rented the parsonage as an option for friends and family to stay while here for graduation. Check in/out was super easy. Our guests were happy with the location as well as the charm of the home. They definitely preferred this over staying at a hotel! ”

”Overall was extremely dirty with rust, mold on the bathroom ceilings, chipping paint, tiles falling off the shower walls, carpets that felt oily. Hallways smell damp. The staff was very kind, though. Beds were okay. Smelled clean. Unfortunately the pictures did not match the state of the rooms. I do not think there is much that could be fixed here without major repairs. ”

”It was a perfect place. The people were friendly. And great town. Lots of things to check out and the town had places to eat. Only thing as we didn’t know there wasn’t a stove. So no baking any thing. But we made it work with the hot place and toaster oven. Highly recommend!!!!”

”We had a great stay in Marshall as we were visiting for a hockey tournament. Great location, walking distance to many restaurants and bars, and nice amenities. Just a few minutes drive from the Red Baron ice rink. We’re so glad we found this great place yo stay!”

”Property had bugs and was not super clean. No warm water in my room, lightbulbs missing. Staff was very nice but overall I would not stay here again”

”Great place to stay if you want something that feels like a home away from home. Super cozy, cute and updated apartment. Full kitchen, living room area and a great deck to relax on. Walking distance to Main street where you have your pick of shops and restaurant/bars. We were there for a wedding and our first trip to Marshall was a success. Would definitely stay here again if we come back to visit!”
