”We were infested by mayflies inside, had to leave after second day of 4 day stay...trying to get partial refund. rotten wood on bottom of door open to outside. trash in yard, filthy dishes in kitchen, fish hooks in carpet. didn't know it was upstairs only until day before we got there, which was difficult for my wife. I doubt this place would pass an inspection!”

”The house was exactly as advertised. It is an older home. Nothing fancy but everything you need. Pete was very easy to communicate with. We had an issue with one of the toilets. He replied literally minutes within my request to have it looked at and had it fixed the next day. Very pleasant stay.”

”We rented this property for a large group, and we were beyond impressed with everything. The host was very friendly and accommodating. The place was clean, comfortable, and had plenty of amenities. It's in a great location on Coralville Lake, and is a short journey to Lake MacBride. Next time we're in the area, I'll be looking for this place again.”
