”We had a great experience here. The location is great for walking to the harbour. The room was very clean with a very comfortable bed and well equipped kitchen. Communication was very good, and check in was easy. We will come again if we’re back in St. John.”

”We had one negative (but many positives) experience with Chipman Hill suites.
The premises are clean and comfortable. There's a level of attention to details. The location is great, we were able to walk around downtown with ease and enjoy what the city had to offer. The bed was extremely comfortable and we appreciated the fully furnished kitchen to cook and keep our food cold. Also, the historical charm of the building felt on theme with St-John.
Unfortunately, we had a very bad first...

”The owner was super nice, and met us to give us the code to get in and out of the house. You have anything you could ever need for supplies, there is so many expired items in the cupboards though. There was coffee, creamer, eggs and croissants that were in the fridge looking like they were bought just for us. The bacon and eggs were out of date though. Everything was super clean which we really appreciated but the smell of potpourri and either must or old cigarettes was over powering. My husband...
