”Viihtyisä ja siisti hotelli rauhallisella alueella. Henkilökunta oli todella ystävällistä ja avuliasta sekä asiakaspalvelu erinomaista. Yhteydenpito henkilökuntaan oli mutkatonta, apua sai aina tarpeen tullessa ja toiveisiin/tarpeisiin vastattiin viipymättä. Hotelli sijaitsi hieman syrjäisemmällä seudulla, joten liikkuminen palveluiden ääreen vaati auton. Syrjäisempi sijainti kuitenkin mahdollisti rauhallisen majoittumisen pois keskustan hälinästä. ”Erinomainen kokemus. Alku oli hiukan nihkeä, sillä meille osoitettiin studiohuone, vaikka varauksessa oli selvästi Deluxe - huoneisto (jossa erillinen makuuhuone). Kyseessä oli kaiketi virhe varausjärjestelmässä, ja ensimmäinen yö menikin sinänsä viehättävässä studiossa, mutta seuraavaksi päiväksi luvattiin se minkä olimme varanneet. Virhe ja vaihtoprosessi hoidettiin hienosti, ja palvelu oli muutenkin erityisen ystävällistä ja lämminhenkistä. Huoneistossa oli ylellinen vaikutelma, ja se oli...

”Siisti, puhdas ja hyväkuntoinen huoneisto melko suurella parvekkeella. Huoneisto oli tosin melko ahdas ja äänieristys melko huono, vaikkakin rakennus oli kivirakenteinen. Keittiötä emme käyttäneet, mutta ei sovellu päivittäiseen käyttöön pienuudestaan johtuen. Pihassa oli parkkipaikka käytettävissä. Yhteydenpito omistajan kanssa sujui loistavasti Whatsapilla ja sisäänkirjautuminen onnistui hyvin saaduilla ohjeilla.”

”I travelled with my mom. Lovely room in a very old but still very comfortable beautiful old town building! Excellent location right in the middle of everything. Also a short walk to the beach and the shopping centre. Shower was hot and with a good pressure. Only complaints I’d have are with the toilet, as the seat wasn’t properly attached and the whole thing was very tightly placed, so any non normal weight person would have problems sitting down. Also the hand soap pump bottle was broken....

”Property is in an excellent location in Kotor. It is within the city walks, very close to the start of the fortress walk and just steps way from the main squares and sights. Welcome was excellent and informative and room facilities as described. The double room had a shared kitchen (with one other room) which was well equipped and being right next to the room it was very handy. Good coffee machine too. Air conditioning was efficient and bathroom clean with a good walk in shower. A very enjoyable...

Absolutely beautiful place, views were stunning. Unit was perfect. Is only suggest more pillows and perhaps a mattress topper. The bed was hard. But everything else was fantastic. ”Bellezza Resort was an outstanding option for our family with attentive, knowledgeable staff. The apartment was quiet and benefitted from an AC in each room and the pool and view from it were simply sublime. Breakfast and dinner options were delicious and well priced. The beach is a short walk down the hill and the supermaket 500m away. We also lived Tramonata Beach Bar, which was 500m away and Verige 65, a short 5 minute drive. Our kids also enjoyed the small gym. We had a fabulous 5-night stay...

"Kaukana neljän tähden rantahotellikokemuksesta. Ihan perus ketjuhotellin sisustus, huono jopa alle. Autolla ei pääse hotellin eteen ja parkkipaikka todella pieni ja kaukana. Ranta on huono! Ei ole hiekkaa vaan pyöreitä kiviä, jotka sattuvat jalkapohjiin. Huonosti valvottu, on muitakin kuin hotelliasukkaita. Sauna hyvä, lähes suomitasoa. Sisäuima-allas on huonosti tehty poreallas, aivan turha. Aamiainen erinomainen, todella kattava. Tivat on nähty puolessa päivässä. Majoitus sopii yhdeksi yöksi ennen lentoa sivistykseen."

"The staff was very friendly and helpful. The place is located beautifully on a hill side overlooking the Kotor Bay, in between Kotor and Tivat. The driving distances were short, but the complex itself is pretty far from places by foot. We had a 2-bedroom condo, nice and spacious but in need for some new decoration/renewal."
