”The house was very clean as well as the pool. The house is located in a very quiet neighborhood. Great communication with Christian before, during and after our stay. He was very attentive and wanted to make sure we had everything we needed I stayed at this house in September 2024 and this September 2025 for a UGA football game. I highly recommend this house.”

”Nice property. My gps didn’t take me to the right house but my husbands did. House was clean, well stocked, quiet and amazing access to the lake. We enjoyed the dock and fire pit as well. Grass was super long but they sent landscaping on our last day. Great neighbors as well. ”

Mary was a fantastic host—very responsive, friendly, and made sure I had everything for a smooth check-in and stay. I would definitely recommend this to anyone visiting the Athens area and would love to stay here again in the future!”

”This is a beautiful home in a quiet country setting yet minutes away from many shops and restaurants. It was spotless and very comfortable. I can't remember the last time I slept so well in comfort and quiet. The host, Tania, was an excellent communicator and genuinely invested in ensuring our stay was a good one. Highly recommend.”

The rental space was recently updated and the beds were very comfortable. Communication with the home owner was great and she was very flexible when we had to add another night. ”This stay was extremely disappointing and not at all what was advertised. While the owner did respond quickly to messages, there was no reimbursement offered after the first night when the air conditioning stopped working, which made the stay very uncomfortable and we were forced to stay at a nearby hotel. The property was not clean—dust was visible in several places and we also noticed bugs inside. The pool was filled with leaves and clearly not maintained, and the backyard was in poor...
