”Bare bones rental. Kitchen is ill equipped. No cutting board, no baking sheets, no kitchen towels, no wine or bottle opener (I went and bought my own cutting board and wine key which I left for the next renter). No blankets in living area, no extra blankets in bedrooms. House has a bit of a weird smell, I bought a candle, would suggest you do the same if you’re going to be around the house for more than sleeping. Patio furniture has no cushions, and it’s wicker so not really comfortable to sit...

”This was a wonderful experience. The host family was charming, considerate, and very accommodating. The pictured stairway is the entrance to the host's single family home. The host family lives upstairs over the one bedroom, one bathroom, work from home (wfh) studio apartment, which is on the ground floor. Everything was clean. The "kitchen" has a small (dorm size) refrigerator/freezer, sink, griddle, microwave, a coffeepot, some cabinet storage and a counter area. Folgers coffee, coffee...
