”Our stay at the “cabin” in Townsend was the most wonderful experiences that we have had. Everything was perfect. The home was beautiful, with lots of special touches. We had no problems, nothing was missing, everything was clean, well equipped and just as it was advertised. We had 19 family members who loved the 8 bedrooms, game room and property. Whether it was rain or shine, it didn’t matter. We are still relishing the afterglow from our weeklong stay. ”

”We all had a wonderful time, it is in a great location. Perfect place to relax! We had two older teen boys with us and even they had a great time! They lived in the kayaks, they fished from them and also from the dock. We all enjoyed the game room and yard games. The coffee bar was a nice little perk, especially on the chilly mornings. My husband and I took a bike ride around the neighborhood and everyone was so friendly. We would absolutely recommend the Lake Haus!”

There was a lack of supplies (toilet paper) I did pack some in my luggage so we made it through our stay. There were adequate amounts of dishes, however, no large bowls or large pans. ”We had such a a nice time and Holy was an excellent and communicative host. The house was clean, great layout and kid friendly. We loved the card table and entertainment area. Perfect for a family! Close to quieter beaches, restaurants and not far to travel to other parts of Door County. We loved it and will definitely book again for another trip to the area! ”

”Its a small but comfy house. Clean and well kept. It had what we needed. Kitchen is stocked with all the utensils you need but bring all spices, sugars and condiments. The best part is you walk out the back door and 20 feet away is the beach. Easy to get to, no stones, all sand. ”Our kids and grandkids stayed at the Pool Haus for four days and seldom left the property there was so much to entertain them. The pool, basketball and tennis court were huge hits. In addition, they rode bikes and skateboards, and had a bean bag tournament. We had plenty of room to spread out so the older kids had their privacy when they wanted a break. The lower level with a movie theatre and game rooms were fun for all ages. The number of bedrooms and bathrooms are perfect for a large group....

We bought rain boots and walked around in the water from all the rain while exploring the outdoors. Didn’t matter that it rained we swam every day. An absolutely beautiful home with the perfect layout for families. My grandson didn’t want to leave asked if we could live here. Highly recommend!!”
