”Wonderful views of nature from the deck, screened-in porch, and all the rooms of the house, really, especially from the living room with its big windows. There's a nice walking trail going down to the water. The house was very nice with contemporary touches such as an electric fireplace, dual shower, and live-edge wood furniture. The kitchen had everything we needed and the bed was comfortable. I recommend this place and would stay here again.”

”Great location in Owensboro. We came for a softball tournament and it was convenient to everything. Be aware that there are lots of up and down transitions in this house (step up from entryway, step down to bedrooms, slight step up to bathroom. I only mention this in case renters have mobility issues. We had a fantastic stay and would definitely stay again.”

”This 2 bedroom home was just as stated. It was cozy and relaxing. The house was very clean with nice size bedrooms with comfortable bedding. The bathroom was a nice size with great water pressure for showering. And the washer and dryer was a great addition.This house was nestled in a quite neighborhood with a concrete driveway with the perfect place to sit and enjoy the outside.It was a perfect house to stay for us to visit my Aunt who is at the Grayson nursing home located within a few miles....

”Loved our stay! Highly recommend! The home was lovely and had everything we could possibly need. The hosts were helpful, accommodating, and quick to respond to all communication. And the beautiful lake made the setting perfect. We rented a pontoon boat and the marina staff were very helpful. This was the last weekend for live music on Saturdays in summer at the restaurant. We really enjoyed the catfish. Perfect place if you are looking for a pet-friendly, peaceful get-away for the family. ”

”Terrific house! Minutes from Rough River Lake boat ramp and state park. Restaurants and convenience stores nearby also. well equipped kitchen and grill made cooking easy. There is a path that leads down to the water. No dock, but we were able to tie our boat up and leave overnight with no issues.”
