”We had trouble with key pad it took the last day to finally get use to it. There is poor communication about were the room is located. Ours ended up On second floor which if I had been aware would not have booked there (have ashma and have trouble climbing steps. ) small ice machine with all the guest it was always empty. IT ADVERTISED AS QUIET BUT WITH NOISEY GUEST TRAIN WHISTLE AND OLDER BUILDING it was not. I think with some matenance repairs it could be a nice place.”

”Fabulous stay at Lake Chateau! Booked a midweek stay for a change of scenery and this property was perfect for me and my partner. So many thoughtful touches from the host - they definitely tried to think of any and everything you may need. Much appreciated!
