”The check-in process was disappointing and frustrating. The reservation was made through Expedia for two people, but upon arrival, the receptionist was unable to check us in because the information for the second guest had not been received from Expedia. This resulted in unnecessary back-and-forth between Expedia and the receptionist, making the check-in experience stressful and inconvenient. Despite the initial inconvenience, the overall stay was very good and enjoyable. However, there were a...

”Check in was a bit late. Overall, great area and property.”

”Beautiful place near Casco Viejo. Lovely pool!”

”I stayed for over two weeks in the hotel, so I got quite a good and comprehensive experience. My room was outdated, and out of the standard. ”We stayed for one night as a family of five. Unfortunately, the room had a very strong smell of fresh paint, which the gentleman at reception did mention. However, with no windows or proper ventilation, the fumes were overwhelming and negatively affected our stay. On a positive note, the bed was comfortable. I hope the hotel ensures newly painted rooms are properly ventilated before assigning them to guests.”
