”The room was great. Everything was modern and comfortable.
The check-in process is scary if you wait until the last minute. I accept most of the responsibility, but I wish I would have received a warning e-mail for not checking in the day before. Just an email that would make me acknowledge the automated process that I would be entering into and without help from staff on site.
We were on a 42 day trip with 14 different hotels, so we were spoiled by most of the hotels that had staff to assist...

”It was a very clean space, but pillows were terrible and after 12 am, a lot of bloods from neighbors, quite suprising for Swiss standards.

”Do not stay here. Simple as that. We have just had two nightmare nights. No air con and they do not tell you that there is a nightclub around the corner that thumps music until 2am with people congregating outside the property until 5am so cannot open windows as was so loud even with ear plugs still could not sleep. Room was 31 degrees. Ended up sleeping on bathroom floor. No one has had any sleep. Worst thing was we are travelling with kids and they must know this and did not warn us so we...
