”The location of this property is perfect for any visit to Marysvale. It’s close to Miner’s park with plenty of ATV trails and a short hike to an amazing waterfall. It’s also close to Big Rock Candy Mountain that has tons of fun activities including rafting and they offer bike rentals as well. The property is also close to the Fremont Indian State Park. It’s worth a visit especially with kids to see petroglyphs. They have short easy trails perfect for families such as the Cave of 100 hands and...

”This place is remote enough to get away from people but close enough to Richfield to have amenities. We loved this place. The stars lit up the sky at night! The constellations were amazing. The cabin has ample beds. And the pond is a major plus for groups and kids. The concrete pad is awesome too for socializing and eating. Warm days and cool nights. Great place.”

”I have nothing but wonderful things to say about our visit. This home is by far the best stocked house I’ve ever stayed in. The owners really thought of everything you might need during your visit. They even had coolers and freezer packs to go inside if you were traveling to one of the National Parks and wanted to bring food. The view from the porch was our favorite way to relax at the end of the day. If we ever have a reason to go back to Monroe, we’d definitely stay here again. ”

”We had the best weekend here!! The house was the perfect size and layout for our family reunion! The house was super clean and fully stocked with everything we needed to cook meals for a large group. We loved the location, we floated down the river several times. The hot tub, pool table, ping pong table, movie theater, and kids playground were a huge asset to keep the kids busy and everyone was easily entertained! ”We stayed here for a large family reunion! We had about 50 people, used all 3 suites, 7 cabins and 2 trailers. The great room is just fantastic for gathering and being together, but honestly we spent a lot of time in the Commercial size kitchen and Dining hall. The industrial refrigerators where tremendous for large amounts of food to feed that many. Thats just inside! The back pation, is huge and though we did not use them they had a smoker and Glarge griddle available for outside cooking. ...

”The property is amazing! Mary is a great host, very responsive if you have questions. The location is in a quiet, rural area perfect for relaxing and watching sunsets. We spent our days exploring Capitol Reef and the Fishlake area then would come back to play games and relax. The house is beautifully decorated and very clean. Everything you could ever need is provided and the beds were very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.”

”I cannot say enough good things about our four night stay in this immaculate home! Everything in it was fresh and clean, the beds were soooo comfortable, the linens/sheets/pillows high quality, the kitchen well equipped with everything we needed! Cookware/silverware/dishes/glasses all high quality as well. Perfectly peaceful location with visiting dear and wild turkeys . . . and we were greeted a couple of mornings by a beaver crossing our path! Five PLUS stars! We will definitely book here...
