”The Depot is an amazing quaint and charming gem in the heart of Amherst. The property is newly renovated and very clean and peaceful. The owner is very easy to communicate with and very accommodating. If you need to stay in Amherst this is the place to stay! Every little detail from the furnishing to the surroundings is excellent. Would highly recommend!”

”We had a lovely week-long stay! House was clean and comfortable, with many thoughtful little amenities and details. Neighborhood is quiet and feels safe, centrally located (5-10 min away from anywhere you’d want to go in Point; 15 min from Plover). Would absolutely stay here again! ”

”Beautiful location! Super friendly and helpful hosts. Very responsive even came out to fix the hot tub for us! Loved the house and all the games and activities. Really loved the sitting area out by the fire. Only tiny negative is the basement floor must not be level (just how old houses are) cause rhe pool table isn't level. A tiny thing when you have all the other pluses!!! Would definitely stay here again! We loved that they had an old school Nintendo game for us to play!!! So much...

”The amenities and decor are a bit dated BUT very clean & quaint. Felt like we were staying at grandma's house. The pics of the lake DO NOT do it justice! The lake is literally right out the door. If you want to relax and enjoy the magnificent sunrises over the lake and stars & moon at night, this is your place. Very responsive owners. Hot water, house heats up quickly and comfy beds. No noise from Hwy 21 when inside. Can certainly here and see cars on Hwy 21 when on deck but it does not matter....

”This property was better than expected! We had a minor issue when we checked in and the property manager was immediately responsive and corrected the issue! We had a great time! Appreciated all the extra amenities such as contact case, tooth brushes, toiletries, zip lock bags, coffee ,creamer and so much more. Only thing I would do differently is bring a folding table for extra space for serving food. They had dry wood for a fire pit and seating around the fire was perfect! ”
