Josh was very quick to respond with any questions we had.The screened porch was so nice.Neighborhood was very quiet, property isnt far from omaha or manamaw state park which we toured for about 45 minutes. ”

”We stayed here to attend an event at the nearby River’s Edge Park. It was not only convenient, but the host went above & beyond to accommodate our group. There were lots of clean towels, the place was immaculate, and so many extra touches such as toiletries and plenty of coffee and snacks too. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property to anyone visiting Omaha or Council Bluffs in the future.”

”We loved our stay at Modern Zen Comfort Walk to Zoo & Lauritzen Gardens, King Bed, Sauna, Kids wagon! With a family of four it was within waking distance to the Omaha zoo and gave us plenty of space to spread out for a long weekend at the zoo. The home was clean, kitchen was well stocked for cooking meals, and Tracie was wonderful at communicating with us throughout our stay. ”Loved how close it was to the places we planned to visit, it felt cozy and there was plenty of room for our group, there was a fenced in yard that unfortunately had openings too big for my small dog to squeeze through but thankful they allowed pets. My Grandma loved the plants around the house. ”
