Great bonus as it wasn’t exactly “flaming June” was the snooker table, especially for the youngsters , there were many challenging matches! Outside facilities were great but because of the weather not uses apart from table tennis and basketball net. Plenty to see and do only a short drive away.”

Getting the boiler just right took a while. Its a very well equipped property with everthing you could ever need. The games room was superb and all the family enjoyed.
