”Our family had a great stay. The cottage was clean and beautifully decorated. Beds were very comfortable. We had everything we needed and more. The kitchen was so well stocked, and the hosts provided a pack and play for our baby. We were pleasantly surprised there were also beach chairs and a few beach toys. Pictures don't do justice of the water view from the front porch, where we watched some beautiful sunsets. Hope to visit again one day. ”

”This property is stunning on a sand bar in PEI close to everything you could need or want to do on the island. The property is well kept, clean both inside and out, and perfect for young families. The games room, the hot tub and the fire pit with the sand bar were all well enjoyed by our family! The property has a large kitchen and open living room, equipped with everything a family could need. For a family getaway, book this one!”

”Nice vintage olde farm house. Bed was comfortable and bathroom yet small is clean and does its job. Very quiet road with 5 mins walk to beach across the road. Wifi is great and quick. Wish it had a bbq for cooking and a smart tv for down time ”

”Kids loved the pool and open spaces to run and enjoy games. It would have been nice if the Adult Area (hot tub) was open until 10pm. We didn’t get a chance to use it. Bring dish clothes & tea towels. None in cottage.”

”Very homey and comfortable. Near a lot of tourist attraction places, quiet and great sleep. Lovely hosts and they keep the property neat and well maintained. Parking beside the cottage door, back porch is covered and comfortable and field with a small playset is great for little and young kids. Full size kitchen, cottage is like a small bungalow house and 2 minute walk to a beach. Great for families or groups, or a home away from home. Simply wonderful.”

”Everything about this house was wonderful. It was exceptionally clean and well stocked with everything one could imagine or need. We also so appreciated the DVD’s and CD’s and the gas fireplace for early mornings. The location is also great! The owners left us a delightful welcome gift too. And they were very quick to answer questions. We would definitely make a return visit! ”

”This was our second year staying at the cottage and always love our time next to the cows! If there are ever any problems Frankie is always quick to respond to any issues when told. My only issue was the second bathroom had an Oder that would not go away, even after they placed a machine in there to help. Despite that…. We will definitely be back next year as it’s a family favourite. ”
