Quiche – Loma-asunnot

”Be aware of this listing and property! it is not accurate at all. We booked a room and got a totally one, not to mention it wasn’t even the same location ! Listing pictures look like AI versus reality! Secondly there is spiders inside crawling which we had to kill ( big spiders ). Also waken up by construction on the property that started at 7am . Unacceptable! Beware.”

”10/10 stay! The host was incredibly responsive and communicated clearly throughout. The property was easy to find, the Wi-Fi was strong, and the atmosphere was so peaceful. I only stayed one night, but I already wish it had been longer! The cherry on top was the complimentary snack basket—a thoughtful touch that made the stay even more special. Swipe to see the view from the bed… absolutely beautiful!”

”PROS: VIEW Cons: The listing is heavily misrepresented. This is a multi-unit complex called Baba Yaga with zero privacy; grounds crews work on paths all day and the glass villa has no curtains despite existing rods. The villa lacks basic habitability: broken microwave, unanchored sliding fridge, no utensils, broken toilet, loose insecure door knobs, and wide gaps in doors. With no window or door screens, it gets dangerously hot, but opening doors invites severe bug infestations. The map...

”The property is excellent. The host Laura and the manager Levin went above and beyond to help us. We really appreciate their flexibility and help in our late arrival and check out as well. The only thing I would say is that the hike up to the house from the church is a challenge. They have clearly stated that but what I was not ready for was the unclean and unhygienic conditions of the path to the house - there is sewage and trash everywhere - if you can ignore that it was all great.”

”This was a beautiful property - very high quality fittings and finishings, stunning views of the lake, with easy access to Panajachel (Lino looked after us well!). Communications with both our host and the care taker were great. We couldn't fault the property, and thoroughly enjoyed our one week stay. ”
