”Great place to stay for the night, located very close to downtown Davis and Blackwater falls! It was cozy and just what we needed. The only thing that could be improved is the water temperature of the shower is very tempermental, as in you have to get it exactly in the right spot or its too hot or too cold. This is minor but something to note. We would definitely stay here again. The hostest was very responsive and I would give her 10 stars if possible. Thanks! ”

”Our second time staying at this home. Very nice. Love the accessibility to Dolly Sods. Very unique home! The hot tub is an added bonus. Great way to start your day and a great way to relax at night. ”

A nice little coffee station offered Keurig or full coffee pot option. Nicely updated bathroom was spotless with lots of hot water. I'm glad it was just me inside. A family of four would be very cozy. But the deck was ginormous. Black Bear offers mini golf, a communal fire pit, tennis courts, and a pool. The views were gorgeous. My Landseer Newfoundland...
