”This was the perfect house for us to stay in for our grandson's wedding at the Trinity Chapel in historic downtown Dayton. Not only is it just a few minutes from the chapel, it is beautiful and very comfortable. With a king size bed and 2 full bathrooms adjacent to the living area downstairs, it had everything we needed. ”The property was not entirely up to standards. The floor was wavy with a soft spot leading from the living area to the bedroom. Ceilings are low. There was a slight musty smell. I suspect a history of water damage. The couch is very small. The dock was not usable, even though lake was at summer pool. Half of the dock was on shore.
