”Wir haben die Unterkunft für 5 Tage für einen Golfausflug unter Freunden gebucht. Das Haus ist sehr groß, mit 3 getrennten Schlafzimmern und 2 Bädern, was für unsere Gruppe ideal war. Alles war makellos sauber. Wir haben die großzügige Terrasse mit der tollen Aussicht über die römischen Hügel ausgiebig genutzt. Die Kommunkation mit Giorgio lief schnell und unkompliziert. Danke für die schönen Tage.”

”We stayed in August for 2 weeks in the villa of Stefano and had a great time. The house was fine, everything we needed was present in the villa, as long as we kept the shutters closed during the day to keep the heat out, we kept the house cool for the nights. We had access to 2 swimmingpools (!!), where do you find that? Stefano was a great host and always very helpful with advise and information about local sights to visit. We also enjoyed the local yearly festivities which are held in August....

”Very nice, clean and reasonably priced accommodation in Rome. We stayed in a junior suite on the ground floor so no view but that was fine because the room had most beautiful private patio. ”As others have said, even more lovely than photos. We were 8 couples aged 23-77 for a week with room for more. A real advantage is the en suite bathroom situation, albeit some bathrooms and showers roomier than others. Highlight is outdoor dining patio where we took all meals given the mild September weather. Chef cooked two yummy dinners for us. Also glad we ordered villa owner’s olive oil and red wine. Short drive to major Umbrian sights. However, we recommend you go for lunch in nearby...

”We loved this home. The view outside was fantastic. The only issue was that there was a musty (maybe cat?) scent in the air and we’ll all got allergic reactions. The furniture inside could be a bit more comfortable but we enjoyed our stay.”

”My husband and I had a micro-wedding at the villa with our immediate family and friends totaling 13 people. The property was stunning and was the perfect backdrop for the ceremony. The house is HUGE and more than comfortably fit everyone with their own bedroom. The space was very clean and all the details are thought of and provided. Modern hotel with a possibility to park
"Nothing to complain as far us our stay at the hotel. The hotel was clean and in good condition, staff was nice and there was a cosy bar downstairs. The hotel offers a possibility to park in a close by parking lot which was nice given that parking can be a nightmare in Rome. However, communicating with the hotel after the booking until the arrival wasn't the best. I requested for a parking spot twice, once through Hotels.com and once through a contact form on their website but nobody ever got back to me. Ultimately, I called the hotel but was first hang up after I spoke English but fortunately next day there was a person who was willing to serve me English. All's well that ends well, as we got our parking spot, but it would be appreciated if the hotel replied when they are contacted."
