”Excellent service, very clean, updated and affordable. Though some may be turned off by the mobile home park next door, it was a great alternative to the in Steamboat over the Holidays. Comfortable room (King Kitchenette) with everything we needed for a short stay. We will happily book there again.”

”Loved our stay. Property was located centrally to the Springs and all shopping in a quiet neighborhood . We were able to make from the front door to the hot springs within 10 minutes. Virginia was friendly, helpful, and responsive. Outside seating area was cute and private. ”

”Upon arrival, we were pleasantly impressed. Everything was very clean, open and fresh. Lots of towels, perfectly made beds, nice and cool (it was 90* while we were there), a perfect house for a great vacation. Owners were very friendly and easy to get in touch with. Special added features made our stay extremely memorable. Keurig coffee maker with assorted k-cups and to go cups for early morning outings was a great surprise. Awful experience

"We had an awful overpriced room. First we got a kelvata, eventhough there was only a normal key lock on the door. Finally after we got the right key (it was missing in the reception and took a while to find) we got to the room and noticed that our toilet doesn’T work. Everything in the room was outdated and there was spots on the carpet and some of the furniture were broken. Such an awful place, wouldn’t recommend staying in here. "
