”Amazing communication with owner. House was clean and ready for us to use. We did have an issue with the AC, but the owner was on it VERY quickly and had it fixed for us. Definitely enjoyed our stay! Bonus was the mamma duck and babies. ”

”We needed a place to stay for a family wedding in Tyler. 8 adults and one toddler. We wanted a home so we could spend more time together between events, and because it was more economical than a hotel. This was perfect for that. Beautiful rooms and we had everything we needed from dishes to laundry detergent to towels to TV. The host was easy to communicate with. The home is in a neighborhood surrounded by other homes with a small empty lot next door. There is a limited view of the lake...

”The property is beautiful! Very open farm style. We saw sheep, horses and a donkey walking and grazing on the property. There were several beautiful gazebos and some were lit up at night. The house was spacious with a large kitchen.we enjoyed both pools. They were cleaned each morning. Lots of fishing! Very friendly staff working the property but we had privacy. I have plans to return in the future. ”

"Hotel is crying for renovation, far from luxury. I had prepaid my room and took a deposit of 600$ over a 4 night stay, tried to charge me for two extra nights (we switched rooms after 2 nights cause the room smelled like mold). Second room was better. "
