”Excellent location when arriving by train. Aparthotel was nice, rooms in good condition. Lots of construction areas but no noise to rooms (surprise)!!! Absolutely worth of money and if visiting Birmingham again this would be my choice !”

”A spacious room with comfortable bed, convenient kitchen and shower room. We upgraded on arrival to a superior room on arrival for a small fee which I think was worth it. We would definitely stay here again if visiting Leicester. We didn't use the the bar or restaurant so can't comment but they looked good.”

”The studio has many facilities which I felt would benefit couples/families more. The check in process was rather complex. I was expecting a text message regarding the deposit but it came through in the app and I wasn’t notified through email like the initial message. This has caused some hiccups on the check in process. After checking out, the deposit was not returned until I chased for it.”

”This studio apartment near Coventry Cathedral is a rare gem. The location is outstanding—it’s the closest you can stay to the cathedral. The space was clean and well-kept, with a compact but functional kitchen. The price was very reasonable. I’d definitely stay here again!”

”Really clean, spacious and loads of plug sockets which was great. Kitchen was perfect for what we needed and car park out the back was very convenient. We walked to Coventry Arena close by, through the big Tesco round the back and found other shops too - incredibly handy would definitely go back. Met the owner and he was really nice, and asked if there was anything he could do - really lovely service. Easily 5*.”

”Walking distance from World Resort Arena and Birmingham International train station. Super convinient if yiu are attending a concert or event nerby. Price is extremely low considering for the area. Ower is super nice and had no problem reaching him to sort out payment issue. Highly recommend 👌 ”

”The apartment was spotless when we arrived. My daughter has Autism and finds new surroundings difficult to adapt to - she loved her room and the overall comfort and layout of the flat. Everywhere was absolutely spotless and a credit to your cleaners - give them a raise! It was nice to have such a nice place to rest up after our daily trips to Silverstone - I will book again, when we come next. A very big thank you.”

"Disturbingly noisy at least during the week end nights because of the loud music coming from the neighbouring clubs and bars till early hours. Fortunately I was not close to the ongoing renovation work of the hotel itself. Other little flaws like non-functioning USB outlet and lightning, too. Kind cleaning staff and some receptionists, however majority of people at the reception did not seem to be able to communicate neither with guests nor between themselves. Their stubbornly quiet way of working without speaking and just leaving the customer was embarrasing."
