”If you are looking for a central place to stay so you can visit the surrounding areas, i.e. New Orleans, Baton Rouge, Lafayette, then this is the spot. A updated cottage with 1 bedroom, kitchen, diningroom, a huge bathroom with washer & dryer. You have your own separate driveway from the host's main house. The shared covered patio beautifully lit at night was a excellent place for grilling. There is a private hot tub located in the back overlooking the bayou. Lots of great food around. ...

”This is a very clean and comfortable fishing camp perfect for trips to Marsh Island and around Vermilion Bay. Beds are comfortable and there is a lot of space. Porch areas are spacious and the boat wharf is enough room for two 22' bay boats. We'll definitely be repeating this trip!”

”Beautiful property with country like surroundings with horses, chickens, calves, dogs and cats, maybe more but that is all I saw. Darren and Jill were amazing and went above and beyond. The breaker had tripped on the hot water heater before we got there and when I messaged them that the water wasn't hot they immediately came over to fix it. They also checked in with us to make sure it was still working. They left us some special gifts for our anniversary we well. Highly recommend their home.”
