”This property is better than shown in the pictures. The host, Yorie, is wonderful, friendly, attentive and responds to requests immediately. It was extremely hot when we were there and being able to cool off in the pool was perfect. The unit is immaculate and all the fits and finishes are top quality. ”We were at Shell Villa for 9 days with some friends and our infant son. The highlight of this property is its location and its views! Every day you get greeted with some amazing views of either Montserrat or the many sailboats that cruise through. David & Jenny were super communicative and provided us with copious amounts of information to prepare us for a seamless stay. Once on the ground,Clare and Nath were amazing local contacts who went above the call of duty to ensure a memorable stay....

”The property was amazing, although sort of off the beaten path…but that’s not even a problem with having a driver available anytime. The house was spectacular and Lou (owner) was always a call away, willing to help, pick up groceries, drinks, whatever. The house is probably better than the pictures online. And the pool was a great size! Would recommend The Carib House, and Lou, to anyone.”

”One think is good to pay attention to prior arrival. Is access road is difficult you need 4x4 or brave driver. Air con just in one main bedroom which wasn't issue for me but if i wanted to use both bedrooms would be problematic. I was happy there by myself nice remote location.”

”This home was everything and more than we hoped for. The view was simply incredible and we spent countless hours just looking… house is stocked inside with all you will need, we cooked, grilled and had plentiful drinks, never short on glasses, dishes or otherwise. ”I had booked a seaview room and got exactly what I wanted, a million dollar view from my decent sized balcony where I enjoyed breakfast every morning. The beach is excellent and two good restaurants next to the resort. A super small supermarket on site. All units are different (having different owners and reflecting their taste). I enjoyed the Caribbean colors and decorations of my unit. A bit dated but you also get what you pay for.”

”We arrived and checked in with no problems. Everyone was very kind and helpful. Oscar was the best! He always checked in with us and made sure we had everything we needed. He even changed our car tire when it went flat. Leonard was also helpful while checking in with his staff and patrons. Our little apartment was right in front of the pool. ”I loved the property and how it was set up. A few tiny things niggled me. The jacuzzi bath didn't have a stopper so couldnt use it as a bath. The shower wasnt cleaned properly, there was hairs all over. No other plugs for international guests. Some of the lights didnt work.”
