”The hotel is nice and very clean. Breakfast was good with enough options. The room was maybe a little bit worn out (mainly the kitchen) but it didn't bother us. Super quiet. Part of the reception staff would maybe need an improvement in their attitude, a few of them were not very welcoming and it seemed that they were not very keen on resolving the customer's questions. After all many times the quality of the customer service is what makes the difference.”

”Hotel is outdated but very well located in a very nice neighbourhood. Also, be aware that the city train starts at 515am and is extremely loud, especially if you’re sleeping with the window opened due to no AC in the rooms. The staff were super nice and extremely helpful.”

”Beautiful property. Brand new modern and clean. Great quiet location with beautiful mountain views at the pool. The only issue was that the one-bedroom unit does not truly sleep 4. It is advertised to sleep 4, but the pullout sofa converts to a bed which is only twin-sized. We have small kids so one slept in the queen bed with us and we made it work. Just be aware that this should be a 3-person max. We would definitely stay again if there was a larger unit with more beds.”

”The grounds are beautiful and the facility was clean and well-kept. Staff members were pleasant. We would actually consider staying there in a different room but the white cabin with the thatched roof was awkward and uncomfortable to the point that we left after one night even though we knew we wouldn't get a refund. You can tell from the photos that some of the description is inaccurate (It's just one bedroom and doesn't have a private pool though there is one pool for all guests to share.) but...
