”Very nice older property right near Gondola. No ac in rooms and windows shut so quite warm when we checked in. The hot tubs and pool were very nice. We had some plumbing issues. Probably a bit overpriced compared to some other properties nearby. We were attending the bluegrass festival and that was fantastic!”

”Fantastic location within walking distance of the gondola, River, and many restaurants. Nice, clean pool and hot tub were awesome after a day of hiking. Balcony overlooking the San Miguel River was wonderful to have breakfast or coffee on. Two blocks to supermarket. Very spacious and clean condo for our family. Host was immediately responsive to our questions and so nice! Would come back in a heartbeat!”

”Perfect communication from the host allowed a quick and easy check-in. The unit was in great condition and in a perfect location. We had a large vehicle that we needed to park across the street in a public lot and the logistics of that were handled effortlessly.
The beds were comfy and the kitchen/ living area was very updated and comfortable.
One cannot find a better host. My many questions were answered quickly and thoroughly. ”
