”Very nice older property right near Gondola. No ac in rooms and windows shut so quite warm when we checked in. The hot tubs and pool were very nice. We had some plumbing issues. Probably a bit overpriced compared to some other properties nearby. We were attending the bluegrass festival and that was fantastic!”

”Close proximity to the walking trail and amenities. Only a couple ideas for improvements, a cleaner pool and the pool could use some lounge chairs. Parking could be assigned.”

”Fantastic location within walking distance of the gondola, River, and many restaurants. Nice, clean pool and hot tub were awesome after a day of hiking. Balcony overlooking the San Miguel River was wonderful to have breakfast or coffee on. Two blocks to supermarket. Very spacious and clean condo for our family. Host was immediately responsive to our questions and so nice! Would come back in a heartbeat!”

”Perfect communication from the host allowed a quick and easy check-in. The unit was in great condition and in a perfect location. We had a large vehicle that we needed to park across the street in a public lot and the logistics of that were handled effortlessly.
The beds were comfy and the kitchen/ living area was very updated and comfortable.
One cannot find a better host. My many questions were answered quickly and thoroughly. ”

”The property was cute and clean. Perfectly located - walking distance to downtown and the grocery store. The cute walking path along the river is directly behind the property. Our electric stove top was a little hard to figure out so I reached out to management and they responded right away giving me the information I needed.”

”I sent a personal message to the host since this was a last-minute booking and we were excited to find something so close to our event. The place was clean, but unfortunately everything felt very dated. The furniture looked mismatched, and some of the window coverings were literally being held up with duct tape. It honestly hurt my heart because the property has so much potential.”
