”The property feels safer than any I’ve been it. The interior design is upbeat and unlike your average hotel. Great bedding, great tree top view allowed us to be entertained by mourning doves and hummingbirds. The breakfast was average for this area: eggs, fruit, fruit juice with or without sugar. In house roasted coffee. The manager and staff were efficient and friendly. We particularly liked Fernanda, the woman who served us breakfast on day one off three.”

”This is a great place if you just need to relax. It's located near several restaurants and convenient stores. It doesn't have a lot of modern conveniences (there's no refrigerator and no AC), but it is comfortable and quiet. It was a great place to rest.”

”Great staff, good food, comfortable rooms, a bit run-down, like the whole area of La Mariscal. However, it is lively and safe outside in the night. Hopefully the whole area of the Mariscal is coming back. ”

”Beautful secure quiet hotel three blocks from Fochs Square. I had room 4 which is just off breakfast area and had garden view. Wifi worked well. Bathroom is a little small which is comon in Ecuador. No tv or phone which I consider a plus. Could use a table and chair but other than that a good place to stay. ”

”A nice hostal in Quito Mariscal. Area felt safe, there was a lot of restaurants, bars and nightclubs just a few blocks from the hostal. The room was clean, but a little cold. There was simple breakfast included. ”

”The stuff of the hotel was very friendly, helpful and polite. The location was perfect for me. Everything I needed was in the walk distance, even buses run only one block from the hotel. My room was very quiet and peaceful. Even the bathroom was shared with other two rooms, it didn't cause any problems. The breakfast was good. I recommend.”

”Fernando and Gustavo were amazing hosts, not only did we get a warm welcome, they shared city tips, recommendations, history and traditional food places. By far they exceeded our expectations. ”

”Lugar céntrico para recorrer Quito, con facilidad de acceso a restaurantes, metro y sitios de entretenimiento. Pero en la noches las calles son solitarias e inseguras. Además, el hotel tienen un salón para eventos, y el ruido y la música a alto volumen se puede extender hasta la 1 AM. No fue un buen sitio para descansar.”
