”This was a must welcome accomodation for our visit to rural ND. As a family with young children we like to cook our own meals and the very few hotels in this area of North Dakota do not meet our needs. We were very excited to find this option for our recent travels and will definitely book again in the future. We only had two tiny recommendations. The first is adding some kind of window treatment to the front door for privacy and blocking the sunlight. The second is more chairs for the table....

”Great cabin for 4th of July weekend. Good access to lake and cabin had everything we needed. Owners were very responsive to any questions or concerns we had. Also, a great firework show to view from inside the cabin! Highly recommend! ”

”Lots of outdoor space - great deck space -loved that they had all the things: grill- fire pit- washer and dryer (we definitely overpacked and won’t need to next time) - kitchen is well stocked with pots/pans/utensils/dinnerware, etc. Bedding and towels are nice and plenty of room to sleep in such a cozy looking cabin. We already have next year’s stay booked! Hosts were great! ”

”We rented the home for multiple families to stay in for a celebration. Heather was very accomodating and helpful with an inquiry about extra tables and chairs. The home was clean and there was so kuch space for people to spread out and visit. The kids enjoyed playing in the backyard space and there was even a basket full of coloring items and cards for them to enjoy. ”

”We have been staying in VRBO houses for more than 15 years and this house was one of the best. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well-enough equipped to cook Thanksgiving dinner. Comfy chairs were abundant. Several outdoor areas were so inviting we almost hung in them in the rain. Nesting birds included warblers and orioles. One note--do NOT try to access the scenic overlook at fort ransom state park when the road is wet!!! We almost did not make it out; the park should put up...

”Our stay was wonderful. We were just down the road from the boat dock and we could drop our boat in the lake very easily. We fished most days and caught a range of different fish. The cabin had a nice patio and deck that we could sit on and watch the day go by. We would stay again! Thank you to Phil for all your help and quick responses to all my questions. ”We had an amazing experience at our VRBO on Lake Elsie in Hankinson. The home was equipped with everything we needed including but not limited to: crockpots, toilet paper, utensils, hand soap, dish soap and even freezies in the freezer for the kiddos. The outdoor area was large with plenty of tables and chairs. Kayaks, lilypad and grill were used daily! There were plenty of towels and it was nice to have the washer and dryer access.
