”Very nice accommodations. It is a little outside the city of Bern but friendly helpful staff. Clean modern hotel. Washer and dryers for a fee but good to have option to wash clothes. If you are traveling through Switzerland I recommend having a small fan in your luggage as most hotels don’t have air and a fan would come in handy in rooms. Loved the hotel and Bern!”

”Vielfältige Enttäuschung: Pool war nicht mit Wasser gefüllt, uns wurde vor der Buchung noch eine genaue Gebrauchsanweisung von Schlüsseln, Saugroboter und Poolnutzung geschickt. Wohnung völlig überhitzt (>38 Grad) durch defekte Wärmepumpe, später traten dann stark riechende Dämpfe von Lösungsmitteln oder Kältemitteln aus. Kommunikation mit der Agentur war schwierig. Wir sind früher abgereist.”

”Groot en comfortabel appartement met balkon met fantastisch uitzicht. Bushalte voor de deur met gratis vervoer met toeristen kaart. In 10 minuten naar het centrum van neuchatel en in 30 minuten naar het strand. Winkels op loopafstand. Ilhan ( de eigenaar) verzorgde alle zaken zonder problemen.”

”Die Villa in Bellerive liegt an einem wunderschönen Ort direkt über dem Murtensee, tolle Aussicht. Die Einrichtung ist sehr komplett, modern und grosszügig. Grundsätzlich alles OK, wenn da nicht die Agentur HEIWA House wäre. Deren Service existiert eigentlich gar nicht. äusserst kompliziertes Check-in, kein persönlicher Kontakt zur Agentur, man wird laufend mit x-Mail bombardiert und liest offenbar die gesandten Antworten nicht. Ohne viel Glück wären wir bei unserer Ankunft (es war ja niemand...

”Hallo, wir waren mit 3 Personen in dem kleinen Ferienhaus. Es ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Ausstattung ist sehr umfangreich. Uns fehlte es an nichts. Informationen über die Umgebung sind reichlich vorhanden. Besonders möchte ich noch den herrlichen Ausblick, bis rüber Jura erwähnen. Kinderspielzeug und Spiele für Erwachsene sind vorhanden. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Wir würden gerne im Sommer noch einmal kommen. Es lohnt sich auf jeden Fall das schöne Ferienhaus mal zu besuchen”

One night in Bern
"Small room but perfectly enough room for one person for one night. I bit noisy in the evening. Strong wind during night made windowshades make noice, which woke me at 1.30 wondering is someone coming in from the window. Breakfast ok, personnel friendly. Cheapest atm I could find at Bern and I'm happy."
