”Location was good and easy to get around. Close to Namba and Dotonbori by foot. Bed was really comfy and clean. The only issue was that small centipedes tried to get in from the hallway. We had to isolate the door with toiletpaper to keep them out. Perhaps they are season related nuisance. Never the less, they seemed harmless and didn't ruin the experience too much. ”

”Great staff! They spoke enough English that we were able to pay for late check-out in person in cash(yen). But overall the tablet check-in was easy and the room was amazing! 10/10 would stay again. The room was spacious with 4 beds, and a community area, washer/dryer, and a large tub compared to APA hotels with no space..”

”Very comfortable location right beside a family mart and an entrance to the metro. I was initially worried as I read reviews claiming the check-in process was unintuitive but it’s very straightforward provided you follow the instructions given to you. Lots of amenities provided. Washroom was very nice and spacious and has settings that dry your clothes after you wash them.”

”Don't bother booking this place especially from Expedia.. the map is wrong, the actual property is 7 km away from where it is shown by Expedia app. Believe me no one will listen, reply or try to do anything: neither Expedia bots nor hotel manager. Lot more and better available in Osaka.”

”Hotel is brand new as of 10/25/2026 our stay was perfect. Front desk was nice. An extra towel which is rare for japan. Paper towels. Plenty of space. Great location. Perfect for central location and not too far from going to Universal Studios. Best hotel of our Japan trip. Will likely just book this brand for all hotels when we come back.”

”The staff communicated in excellent English in our email conversations, the check in process consisted of an email telling me the lock box code for the key box, and the building and room looked exactly as pictured.
The room was clean, well kept, and comfortable. The small one burner kitchenette would be nice for travelers looking to save a yen or two on food, but the area around the station has a great variety of great places to eat, a supermarket, and even a KFC and McD’s (with a Mister Donut...
