”Wonderful stay, as usual!!! Peaceful, cozy cabin with anything one would need! Perfect place to get away from craziness of the world!”

”There was plenty of space both inside and outside for our large group of 18. We loved the outside playground and equipment for the kids in the group, and were very happy with the crib available for our infant! Only wish there was bigger pots / kitchen supplies for large group cooking. Plenty of beds and communicative host / guest manager when we had questions.”

”We really enjoyed the pool, which was cold and perfect for the summer heat. It was quiet and peaceful. We felt relaxed and comfortable. There is a couch in the living room even though the photos do not show it. The hang gliders were fun to watch as well. ”

”Location is close enough to be able to drive to downtown Chattanooga within just a few minutes, but far enough away that you don’t have to deal with as much noise or parking nightmare. As a family of seven, getting accommodations at a hotel is usually a logistical and financial nightmare. This place was perfect for us! House had everything we needed and nothing we didn’t. Owner was quick to respond to questions and communicated very well. Highly recommended ”

”Great little place to getaway to for the weekend. Cozy and comfortable. Area was very quiet. Cabin was everything 2 people need to getaway for a couple of days. View was great. There was a cat that would visit whenever we were outside on the deck. She even brought us a gift the first night (neither my wife nor I much care for rabbit but it was very thoughtful of the cat). We’ll definitely be back. ”

”It was a wonderful stay for our family of 4 (13 and 3 year olds). A peaceful location amongst the trees with a fishing pond just a stroll down the hill. It was a great central location for our trips to Cloudland Canyon, Lookout Mountain, and Chattanooga. The host was responsive and no detail was missed in the cabin. We can't wait to return for our next visit!”

”Property was great for our family! We saw lots of wild life including eagles catching their breakfast most mornings and several herons hanging in the shallow water. Wonderful views of the river and mountains. Well stocked kitchen. Easy check in and check out. Would recommend 4WD/AWD as the driveway might be challenging without. Cabin is 25-30 minutes minimum from main roads and access road is narrow and windy in some spots. ”

”We spent a week at Thatcher Mill House and thoroughly enjoyed it. The house is very cozy and has everything you need to make your stay comfortable. Tammy Hass, our host, was very friendly, and the Thatcher Mill house was just as lovely as she was. She certainly thought of everything to make our stay at the house pleasant. The bungalow was very clean, well appointed with everything we needed, in a quiet, safe area. It speaks volumes that we did not need to contact the property owner a single time! ”
