”The unit was spacious and very clean. The cleanest shower I’ve ever seen! The kitchen was well equipped. Comfy bed with blockout drapes. Heater was effective as the weather was wet and cold. Staff were friendly and helpful. Good value for a dated style of accommodation/decor. Lake access very picturesque and outdoor area would be enjoyable in warmed weather. Would really have appreciated a paved path across grass to our room to avoid sodden trip from car park, as we arrived in a downpour, but...

”We arrived to a welcoming warm softly lit cabin which was appreciated after our long drive. Beautifully decorated, there was everything we needed for a comfortable stay. ”The house is nicely laid out with tasteful pictures on the walls. Well appointed with nice products - hand wash, body wash etc. Kitchen is reasonably well stocked. Good use of small space. It would be nice if there were some clothes storage space in the bunk room. Beach is beautiful and only a short walk away. I suggest you take most of your meals at the house.”
