”We stayed here at the end of our trip and it was the perfect place to relax, enjoy the beautiful scenery and listen to the sounds of the surf and birds. Seth, Nuala and David all made a point of stopping by to see how we were settling in and it was lovely to read the history behind the creation of the villas. ”Warmly welcomed though allowed privacy. Everything we needed was provided. Very comfortable beds. Great having the 2 studios. Easy access and parking near the door without steps to climb. Lovely garden area. Spotlessly clean. Surprisingly quiet at night as on a busy road which meant we were central and walking distance to shop, takeaways, bakery etc. Short drive to city and waterfront and Pukekura Park and river walks. Great value! Thank you so much for making our stay most enjoyable.”

”I had a truly wonderful stay. Although I was traveling for work this location was serene and surrounded by beautiful nature - Perfect for disconnecting and unwinding after a long day. The home was clean, cozy and thoughtfully prepared, well equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Kathie was extremely responsive, making the entire experience seamless. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet escape. I hope to return again soon. ”
