”Perfect place with fenced in backyard for our dog.”

”The house was the perfect size and located close to St. Augustine. It looks like it is new and felt like it. Two items: The couch is not really a couch it's more like a daybed, not very comfortable for relaxing/watching TV. Also, it was the coldest night of the year and the heat did not go higher than 67 degrees. It was very cold. Owner came by the second and couldn't get it fixed. He stated he would have it fixed. We left to eat and an AC tech called to let us know he was there as we...

”The house is open, airy, comfortable and worked out well for our stay. We loved veing so close to the historic old town area and spent two days there exploring all the museums, shops and historic spots. This house is so cute from the outside, but opens up to a house that looks and feels huge. Thank you for a great stay!”

”Upon arrival we were impressed. Property was in great shape, yard clean, plenty of parking space and close proximity to town. Upon entry, the house was very clean and spacious. Downstairs had 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. Upstairs had 2 other bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. All in great condition. Everything was in great shape. The upstairs deck was nice to spend time on in the evening. The house stayed comfortable the entire trip. Beds were decently comfortable. Bathrooms were perfect. In the kitchen,...

”Perfect place to unwind in a quiet neighborhood. Minutes away from everything. Tastefully decorated and has everything you need. Parking is the only downsid. We adored this pefect little spot. ”

”It’s a nice little downstairs apartment. Host is very responsive and they take pride in their property and the service they’re providing. It is near train tracks so it can get loud a few times in the night, lol. But still enjoyed my stay, given price and walking distance to the music festival.”

”Overall i give the trip 4.7 out of 5 The place was new, clean everything you could want in a vacation place to stay..the only advice I have is one of the "guest" rooms should also have a TV. With me having toddlers the tv would have made bedtime easier. Other then that it was beautiful and the owners answered all questions that i had and i would gladly stay there again.... highly recommend for others to stay”
