”Although we brought our toddler's old Nuna to sleep in, there was room to place the Vrbo mattress on the floor to use as a toddler bed. If your child needs darkness to sleep, I recommend bringing blackout curtains because the store light from across the street is fairly bright. ”This house was very nice to stay at. It's in a new area, so there were houses still under construction, driveways not yet paved (which meant dusty cars) etc. There was one space to park a car in the drive and we parked our second car on the street. Inside, everything looked pretty new with only a little bit of wear and tear on some of the cupboards in the kitchen. ”What a fantastic treehouse surprise! Absolutely beautiful and truly in the forest but steps away from a lovely sauna and hot tub, and the nicest host even has four laying hens! The route we took included some 1-2km twisty dirt road and felt like a real adventure. We stayed here for a romantic birthday two night stay while taking an excellent blacksmithing course at nearby Vans Blacksmithing in Hawkesbury, and stayed another day for open forge time.
