”Stayed here for a family trip for fishing on Oahe and this location is perfect! Been coming to the area 35yrs. This is a lovely addition that we are looking forward to renting again in the future. Place is as advertised and has all the necessities and some great extras. The one thing we REALLY appreciated, was the use of the garage to store our boat after it was dry and not in use. The area is safe and we could leave it out, but it's that extra peace of mind we got by having it. Thank you!”

”Came to Pierre from Yankton SD to celebrate my oldest son's birthday. We were able to cook and have the family together in a very nice setting. Location is great for getting whatever you need while you are there. If you are looking for perfection, it's not for you (it's not a brand new house). But it was great for us, very comfortable and enjoyable. And the host couldn't have been nicer. I suggest calling him if you reserve it, some kind of breakdown between him and the VRBO site.”

It was extremely clean from top to bottom, and we immediately felt comfortable and at home.We cooked a lot during our stay, and the kitchen had everything we needed—all the dishes, utensils, and cookware—plus a grill for easy meals. ”Quiet and clean, exceeded all of our expectations. It was nice to be back in my home territory where everybody is polite and friendly. The shop was a great amenity! A nice area to get out of the wind and work on a boat.... Thanks to Wayne at the Outpost for loaning us some tools!”

”Three day fishing trip during very hot temps. AC worked great and was a very welcome refuge. This place is well stocked with a lot of little extras in the kitchen, bathroom, etc. Driveway accommodates boats and vehicles well. Very simple check-in/check-out process. Will definitely stay here again if it’s available when we need it!”
