”Hotel was ok, but nothing special. A bit far from everything else but the big mosque. Room was clean but quite cold. There is a cooking corner but not any items to cook with. Not even glasses. Breakfast was nice but otherwise don't bother to go to hotel reataurant, too expensive for that quality of food. We arrived after 4pm and still had to wait to get the room 'cause it was being cleaned.”

”Everything good, but at night time 9pm till midnight the loud music n noise from the Ground floor restaurant is terrible! Apartment on 1/F, feel the bang n vibration of loud music, then moving furniture after music stopped ☹️”

”Location very central. Bit problematic for check in as I arrived by 12ish and were on long haul flight was tired with some layovers . Cleaning was bit issue as standing shower conditions was ok ,shower door was broken .Staff super friendly and very helpful ,met a nice guy apologize forgot his name ,met him by 9 pm . He helped me a lot even buying in my train ticket. Though I was my first day in Morocco but he educated and guided me a lot about city ,attractions and went through by many things...

”We were driving in and we had no problems finding the place. It dif not look like much from the outside but the inside is very nice. We were greeted by Aya who was extremely polite and nice and informative. She showed us the rooms to make sure we were happy with what we were getting. Lovely young lady. Loved the hotel it was quiet and very comfortable. Rooftop is fun too and we loved the inside parking. We highly recomment this place as it is very secure.”

”Mon séjour à l'hôtel a été dans l'ensemble agréable. L'établissement est propre et confortable, offrant un environnement accueillant pour ma famille et moi. Cependant, je dois souligner quelques points qui pourraient être améliorés. Le personnel, bien que courtois, ne semblait pas toujours être à la hauteur des attentes. Lors de mon arrivée à la réception, j'ai été surpris lorsque le réceptionniste m'a demandé mon acte de mariage, malgré le fait que j'étais accompagné de mes petits enfants....

”Check in was kind of wonky. They don't accept euro coins as payment for local taxes but take euro paper. Which is kind of confusing since it was only 4 euro to pay the local taxes I didn't have local currency in a low enough denomination to pay so I had to wait an extended period of time to have them get me change for 200 dirhams. The check-in person which I don't know his name because they did not have a name-tag or give a proper introduction was egotistical and condescending. Which is not good...

"The hospitality of the personnel was exceptional. Everyone knew exactly what to do with smile. As it was off-season there were no sunbeds by the pool, but they were arranged every day just for us. The room was comfortable and bed was great. The breakfast was versatile. The location beside the tram stop was positive as well. "
