”Hotel with good location, near to beach and centre. It is good to know, that daily cleaning is not included. Trash has to be taken out by yourself and you can get sanitary items and clean towels from reception. Air conditioning was working, but not very effective, room was quite moist. Worst was cockroaches in bath room and in room. Hotel personnel kindly came and poisoned them, but they were back the next day.”

”Great place for kids so much great equipment and activities. Friendly and helpful staff. Everything is really well looked after and maintained. Rooms were basic but well appointed with all good amenities. ”

”Amazing little family owned hotel, like a little hidden paradise! Also the cleanest hotel that I have ever stayed on, our room was so clean when we arrived that you could have eaten off the floor. Everything was spotless and beautiful. The hotel garden and pool are a little small, but so beautiful and relaxing! The plants make the area feel hidden from rest of the world. All the staff was really nice, but the star was the family's cat who you could often find resting in the lobby. I love him...

”Heinrich and his wife were great hosts. Beautiful clean apartments close to the Esplanade. We stored our baggage with them when we arrived and before leaving as our flights arrived early and left late. They gave us really great local recommendations for trips and local fresh barramundi. The apartment is gated for extra security and is well stocked with a kitchen, tea, coffee and the essentials. It was a lovely week in Cairns. ”

”The property was great. Room was nice size and the amenities were perfect. Hot pot with instant coffee and tea were great. A/C worked great. Plenty of electrical plugs. Light switch by the bed was nice. Clean room comfortable bed. Towels and soap provided. No shampoo. Not a complaint just heads up. The are out front had picnic tables. There was a little outdoor kitchen with a sink for dishes. I don’t remember exactly what was there. The pool was real nice after a long hot day. ”

”Property was clean and fresh smelling. No musty smell like our other hotel. shower was amazing and grocery store and mall literally right across the street. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Larger suite than we expected. Quiet and safe area. staff were very friendly. easy walking access to Reef Terminal and Night Markets with tons of restaurants and shops. Will definitely stay there again on our next trip”

”3ベッドルームに6人家族で5泊しました。アーリーチェックインで中に入るのに少し手間取りましたが、なんとか出来ました。アパートの中は想像以上に広々としていて、シャワーとトイレ、洗面台が2箇所あったので、男と女と部屋を分けて使えたのでとても便利でした。バルコニーもとても広く、青空もよく見えて目の前のケアンズの人々が行き交う道路を眺められました。調味料が全くなかったので、自炊するには購入しないといけないのですが、滞在中に使い切れなさそうで、あまりキッチンを活用できませんでした。エスプラネードラグーンなど海沿いへ行くには少し歩きますが、色々な店があり歩くのも楽しかったです。どこに行くにも歩いて足腰が鍛えられました。この綺麗で広くて快適なアパートメントを選んで本当に良かったです。メールで色々とやりとりしてくれたAnnaには感謝でいっぱいです。 ”
