"We had a great experience at William. The hotel is super clean and centrally located so moving around is easy. It was very hot in Taxco so air conditioning was very much appreciated (we learned it’s rare in Taxco hotels)! All the staff members were friendly and helpful. Shower was amazing. I would stay here again."
