”You can believe all the other reviews about this property - we would give it more than 5 stars if we could. Anastasia was a fabulous host & was always available if we needed something - either on WhatsApp or at the property. We stayed in one of the Grand Suites in Mid-April 2024. The rooms were clean & full of little touches you’d expect in a 5 star property. They even left dishwasher tablets just in case you needed to use it. The lounge was large, comfortable & clean with high end furnishings....

”The apartment is on the edge of a small but busy town. It backs on to beautiful clean water with views of the mainland and sunrise. Two brothers and their wives look after the guests, so there’s always someone around. Rooms are very spacious, very clean and comfortable. Aircon is extra, but we didn’t need it. ”The place is very centrally located, so that you basicaly can easily reach every spot of the island by the car. There is free parking included. Moreover, you can enjoy swimming in the beautiful pool, surrounded with a nature. If you feel hungry, there is a food offered in the accomodation. Enjoy your stay :)”

”Sehr tolle Unterkunft, nettes und hilfsbereites Personal an der Rezeption. Die „Zimmermädchen“ sind etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, selten, das die mal grüßen, aber damit können wir leben. Das Frühstück ist OK, aber 12 Tage immer das selbe ist nicht so toll, da könnte etwas mehr Abwechslung nicht schaden. Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert. ”

”This one bedroom ground floor apartment was outstanding. Just one block into the pedestrian part of Old Town so easy for a taxi to drop us close. Directions from the host on finding the apartment and getting the key were excellent. The apartment was nicely furnished, very comfortable bed, roomy living/dining area, good kitchen and a big shower, strong shower. We didn't use the kitchen much (our first days in Greece we were loving the restaurants!) but it's lovely to have a coffee, a nice place...

”First of all we had a very nice stay. The view from the several balconies and terraces and pool is stunning - enjoy a cold drink and look atnthe sunset over yhe ionic sea. The pool is cleaned regularly. The house itself is a bit out of shape - broken umbrellas, sofas covered by blankets (not visible in the announced photos). ”I stayed at Cote Jardin Villa this month (Sept 2023) with my three sisters. We were enthralled with the location, the villa itself, the garden and pool area, in fact, the whole experience has left us with lots of wonderful memories, memories that we shall cherish, forever... The delightful host, Chris, was there to greet us and to show us around, he left us a fabulous 'welcome box' full of local goodies and a lovely chilled bottle of wine. He was on hand at all times to sort anything that needed...
