”The key code sent in an e-mail did not work, even though according to the display it was the correct code, and it took almost one hour to get another, working, key code from the 24/7 hotline. No refund was offered. The sound insulation was poor and all trains could be heard inside - I have lived close to a railroad and the insulation can be way better. The balconies did not have any privacy at all, only a handrail separating them. It was therefore also impossible to keep the balcony door open...

”best for young travelers who don’t mind being on a slightly noisy street (the rooms also have VERY thin walls, so you hear your neighbors, but that didn’t bother me). incredibly clean and modern. the only thing was the shade in the bathroom didn’t close, so the toilette was viewable from the street, i just hung up a towel to cover it and it worked just fine. overall great stay. felt very safe as a solo female traveler. ”

”decent aparthotel, not sure it's much better than regular hotel suites in the area due to lack of basic amenities like salt/pepper and regular dishwashing soap and shampoo (but brush and sponge are provided incidentally). One dishwasher pod is provided for your entire stay and the limited coffee pods for the proprietary machine are not replenished and cannot be purchased at any local store. Cleaner did come during stay to remove dishes from the dishwasher from the previous stay. May be they...

”Not being able to check in early was very inconvenient. Also, instructions for how and where to use the code to get the room key were lacking. However it was a good price for the time we were there and we didn’t sirens a lot of time in the room anyway. Only came and cleaned and gave new towels once in 9 days. ”

”Große, sehr saubere 2 einhalb Zimmerwohnung mit Balkon, die uns für den verregneten Aufenthalt in Bregenz entschädigt hat. Die Lage ist sehr zentral zwischen Hafen und dem Festspielhaus in der neunten Etage mit Aufzug. Direkt in der Nähe befindet sich ein großer, bezahlbarer Parkplatz. Wir werden wiederkommen.”
