”I cannot say enough good about the accommodations and the amazing people who run it. It is, by far, the largest place we’ve stayed in since coming to Japan. ”This is such a beautiful location, and the home is well-maintained and decorated with care. When we arrived, four pairs of slippers were waiting for us, just as if we were staying in a traditional ryokan or machiya. We felt welcomed as invited guests. The guide covered most of the operational questions we would have had, and the pictorial on-site book answered most others. The ocean-facing patio also had outdoor slippers and while it was too cool to go in the ocean, the outdoor shower located...
