”My husband and I stayed here for 6 weeks in-between homes. It is a cute 2 story old brown house with an upstairs unit and a main floor unit. Sara was absolutely incredible. Very responsive and friendly. We got lost trying to find it the first night, but other than that, it was perfect. Would definitely stay here again!”

”We stayed four days for an event and the property was really nice. Close to what we were doing and clean and cozy.The only really minor imperfection is that the house is right next to a relatively high traffic street and there were cars that drove by several times at night playing some loud music. Not enough to make the stay anything less than perfect.We look forward rebooking here for the next several years since we will be coming back for annual events in the foreseeable future”

”Everything about this property is perfect! Very new, clean, spacious, luxurious and quiet. The kitchen is beautiful with high end appliances and has everything you could need. Living room has a giant TV and super comfy couches. Bedrooms also have nice TVs. Bathrooms are large, have niece countertops, lots of toiletries and wonderful storage, lots of luxurious towels and even the toilets are fancy - they are Toto brand toilets. Bedrooms have large very comfortable beds and large walk-in closets...

”The main floor and additional downstairs allowed us to spread out. The kitchen was basic, but allowed us to make a couple of simple meals. I appreciated that the two bedrooms and 1 1/2 baths provided us the space and comfort for our family. The neighborhood is rather rough and the exterior of the building made me pause when we approached, but the inside showed care and was clean.”

”We were in town for a robotics tournament, and this home was a great place to stay. There were 6 of us, and there was plenty of room for everyone to sleep and hang out. It was a 15 minute drive to the venue (Alerus Center) and restaurants, grocery stores, etc. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. The house was spacious, clean, and has everything you need to make a meal if you’d like. The beds were comfortable, bathrooms were stocked with really nice thick towels. No complaints whatsoever. ”Met our very basic needs. With our group of 6, and a busy weekend of activities, this rental saved us from booking 3 hotel rooms. We were all able to stay together, the beds were soft, and the space was clean. Located on a busy street but you can't hear the street noise from most of the sleeping spaces. Conveniently located on Gateway Drive, close to campus. Host was very responsive to questions.”
