”At the third night of our stay in this residence, we came at late night and saw thad the electronic key (card key) didn't work and we were behind the door of our room and couldn't get in at 24 o'clock and there was nobody to help us.I called the police and they also didn't help me and couldn't speak English.finally after one hour behind the door I found a Number found behind the main door of the residence. I called that number and explained our situation. He said ther is another key in the safe...

”Great location near Notre Dame, shopping, and a courtyard with several nice restaurants. Walkable and safe neighborhood near metro and LGBTQ bars. Staff is very friendly, helpful, and speak English well. Front desk provided great recommendations for restaurants, helped book transport from Gare du Nord and to CDG airport. Hearty breakfast included, bar is open at night, spa available. Only negative is we had our credit cards compromised by their third party booking agency.”
